We™™ve had it a week and love it so far. So much room. I like how bright the interior lighting is. We™™re enjoying the in-door ice and water. The in- door water isn™™t chilled, but still very handy. The freezer drawer is very loud as it rolls open and closed, but works. I really appreciate that the fridge doors stay open and aren™™t on a spring to close like other refrigerators, also pushing on you while you try to put things away. It is nice to open them wide and have them stay open until I am done.

We love the way this fridge looks, works, and its set up. I had to install it because our LG just died after 5 years, with one repair along the way and I couldn't get a same day delivery. The tool for the handles is poor and in my case we had to call out a technician to get the freezer handle to stay on. He had a very difficult time getting the handle on and didn't actually say what he had to do.

I bought a fridge and it broke. I called they said that sears would fix it. Sears said they would come out next day. The next day they canceled and told me I had to wait a month. Then they showed up a day earlier when no one was home. Then they canceled the service. Then said they could do anything other than reschedule for another month out. So no fridge for 2 months. Then they said I mixed up the days but I have the text message confirming the day. I can't get ahold of anyone at the corporate office to put in a formal complaint. They won't refund me now either. This has been absolutely horrible.

I love my new refrigerator! I have lots of shelves inside and in the door. Easy to see what™™s on each shelf. The bottom drawer is huge and the pull out drawer can hold a lot. The outside finish hides finger prints.

Pick Frigidaire because 15 years ago I purchases an appliance set for my new house and have had no issue till the fridge stopped. Was disappointed that a dinged fridge was attempted to be delivered had to wait. Had to wait 10 days before another was delivered. I did receive a credit which I was greatfull for.

I love the French doors and the double decker freezer, it makes it so much more spacious and organized that one drawer freezers. The ice and water maker are great, it™™s nice that the fridge can continue to dispense water even when the doors are open.

This refrigerator is a great product! We really enjoy the bright light in the fridge and the large quantity of ice cubes it makes. The shelves and storage bins provide ample space and room for organization! We are very pleased with our Frigidaire refrigerator and are thinking of purchasing the matching stove and dishwasher.

I was a Frigidaire dealer over 50 years. Always great products. Replaced a 24 year old Frigidaire side by side. Plenty of room, a lot more convenient than the sxs, nicely laid out interior, excellent lighting, quiet operation

Ice maker doesn't work. Service has been out 10 or more times. Ice maker has been replaced 3 times and still doesn't work. Everything in the crisper and meat/cheese drawers freezes, while Everything else stays just cold enough to not go bad. We are going to replace this as soon as we can, and honestly, just going to give it away or throw it in the trash.

So far, we have really liked this new refrigerator. I like the internal deli drawer (rather than an entirely separate drawer), and the shelves on the doors are sturdy. I'm still working out how to arrange the interior shelves to best suit our lifestyle, but they're easy to move (once I figured out how to disconnect the joiner clips when two are next to each other™"this should really be in the manual). I miss the small shelf in the freezer on the door that we had with our previous fridge, but it is otherwise spacious and fits what we need it to fit. The front takes fingerprints easily, so maybe we should have gone with the upgrade on that! I like that the water dispenser doesn't have a "drain" where water can collect and get all gross. Overall, we are very happy with our selection.

I have always used Frigidaire products based on the quality. I live in NJ and have a lakehouse in the Poconos. I recently bought a full Gallery Package for the lake house and upgrade a Gallery Gas Stove and Refrigerator in NJ (probably 20 years old). Delivery in PA was first. Fridge was Damaged. Received Units in NJ crew was good, but stove height was not adjusted and Freezer door handle was not installed correctly and pulled off. I had to reinstall. I believe the manufacturer tightened the screws on the freezer too much and resulted in poor door installation. In PA the Refridgerator on 2/1 delivery was damaged (large scratch on front door), 2nd Delivery on 2/8 unit arrived with a forklift blade hole in the side of the unit. a White glove delivery was set up for 2/17, however i recieved a call on 2/14 cancelling the delivery on 2/7 due damage (huge indent on the back of the unit and damage to the side. I called before noon on 2/17 and the rep from Home Depot said they would call Fridgidare. They put the rep on hold and then hung up. Home Depot said they probably wont have an answer before Monday. No call. I reached out to HD again and was shuffled around. Finally they said they were still working on this....They have an available delivery date on 2/22 per the website. I told them that would work and if it could be after 10am because i would have to drive 1:45 hrs to get there. I was told they would let me know... almost a month since the order was placed and there seems to be no urgency. So Product have served my family well, however I am concerned that quality (whether in manufacturing or shipping) might not be what it use to be. Hopefully they recover, and i receive a good unit and i am wrong about the product quality. PS i also have a large 18500 Btu wall unit AC the last on lasted approximately 25 years..

We bought our brand new refrigerator from American freight. It was missing some parts, but brand new. We contacted the Frigidaire company and they helped us find the bins handles and wheels that are brand new refrigerator was missing. We ended up with a slightly dented, perfectly working Brand new refrigerator for a fraction of the cost. We were delighted that the Frigidaire company helped us get the missing parts for our refrigerator.

I purchased this refrigerator from my local appliance store and as soon as it was installed an error message was already present (Er t7 to be exact). Called Frigidarie and they sent a tech to try to fix the issue. Tech as rude, replaced something in the fridge, and left. I have another Frigidaire tech scheduled but I am exchanging this fridge for another brand. My first ever Frigidaire appliance and I am disappointed from the start.

Have only had this fridge a couple of weeks. Got it to replace an aging fridge. Love it so far! Lots of space and looks great in my home. We were worried we might regret not getting the version with the additional ice maker in the freezer but the ice maker in the door is plenty (and we can still install the additional ice maker later if we want)

French doors are a welcome upgrade from our previous side-by-side. Love how the items you need on a daily are at eye level and not at your feet. Wish the ice maker didn™™t take up as much room as it does so shelves were available more so on both sides of the interior but it leaves plenty of space for the taller items.

Our new 28 Cu. Ft. Standard Depth French Door Refrigerator from Frigidaire is just what we needed. The refrigerator is very quiet and the only time you hear anything from it is when it drops ice cubes into ice cube container. The water and ice dispenser (cube or crushed) works fine. This is our first French Door type refrigerator and really like the design.

I got this new fridge a few weeks ago and I'm still getting used to it, but overall I think it was a good purchase. It's very spacious in both the fridge and freezer sections, and nice and bright when you open the doors. My only complaint is that it's a little noisier than my previous (very old) fridge.
